Newsletter privacy notice

Updated October 10, 2026.

This notice applies to the newsletter form on optimizesurvival.com. The form collects the email address you enter, the site and page where you registered, the time of consent, the consent wording shown to you, your subscription status, and a random unsubscribe token. It does not intentionally collect your IP address.

Why the information is used

We use it to send new guides and occasional updates from Optimize Survival. Registration is based on your affirmative consent. Product availability, purchases, and newsletter registration are separate.

Storage and service providers

Registration records are stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database in the United States. Cloudflare processes the form and hosts the database. A dedicated email delivery provider may process the address when a newsletter is sent.

Retention and unsubscribe

An active record is kept until you unsubscribe or the newsletter is retired. After an unsubscribe request, the address may remain on a suppression record so it is not added back or mailed accidentally. Every newsletter must include an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

Newsletter addresses are not sold. They are not shared with unrelated advertisers. They may be handled by infrastructure and email-delivery providers only as needed to operate the newsletter, prevent abuse, and honor unsubscribe requests.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe through the link in any newsletter. You may also reply to a newsletter to request access or deletion. We may need to verify that you control the address involved.
